My name is Jachym Jahoda. Westmark is one person, not an agency. I am in the Czech Republic, I work US hours, and I build every site myself. There is no crew, no subcontractors and nobody in a sales role.

I write to businesses whose website is missing, dead, or costing them work, and I say what I actually found on theirs. If I named something specific about your site, I checked it before I wrote to you, and you can check the same thing yourself. If I got it wrong, tell me and I will drop it.

You can also tell me to stop at any point and I will, without asking why.

What happens if you go ahead

A first payment starts the work. You approve the finished site before the balance is due.

That first payment covers a working demo of the new site and a written plan for it, both sent to your email. You go through the demo and can ask for changes before you decide whether to carry on. It pays for work already done, so it isn't refunded just because you decide not to go ahead.

If the demo and plan aren't with you inside 30 working days of Westmark having what it needs from you, that payment comes back in full. If the hold-up wasn't yours, you keep the work as well. Days spent waiting on you don't count toward it.

You see the price and agree to it before anything is charged. Payment runs through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe's own page, never directly to Westmark.

Once you approve the finished site and pay the balance, the site goes live on your domain within two business days.

Your content, your website and your domain are yours. Ownership doesn't transfer to Westmark.

After launch there's an optional monthly plan for hosting and changes. Either way, you can end it at any time, for any reason. An email is enough.
