If a message about your website brought you here, this is who sent it.

Every site we build comes with a written plan naming the contractors ranking ahead of you.

It says what their pages have that yours does not, and which of your pages go up first because of it. The site and the domain are yours from the first day.

Reply with your website. The full list of what we found on it comes back in writing, and nothing is owed for that.

Every job is priced on its own before any payment is asked for, the same way you would price one. There is no call to sit through.

What you get

When somebody nearby searches for the exact job you do, in the town you do it, they land on a page built for that job in that town, instead of a homepage that lists everything you do and settles nothing.

What that turns into afterwards is not something we promise. The plan is a read on where you stand, not a forecast.

What you pay, and when

A first payment starts the work. It buys two things: the new site, built and working where you can go through it, and the plan, written. Both land in your inbox.

If they are not with you inside 30 working days of us having what we need from you, that payment comes back in full, and if the hold-up was ours you keep the work as well. Days we spend waiting on you do not count, and we tell you exactly what we are waiting on. Delivered on time, that payment is earned and it does not come back.

The rest is not billed, invoiced or asked for until you have been through the finished site and approved it. Once it is paid, the site goes live on your domain inside two business days, so nothing changes on the site you have now until you have said yes to what replaces it.

All of it is written down and numbered in the terms. Section 4, in full: "Your content, your website, and your domain belong to you from the start of the engagement and remain yours throughout it. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership of any of them to Westmark, at any point, for any reason."

After it goes live

The plan does not run out the day the site goes up. If you want us to keep working through it, putting up the next pages and reworking the ones pulling the least weight, that is there when you want it, month to month. If you do not, the site is yours and that is the end of it.

You can stop the whole thing whenever you like, for any reason or for none, and an email is enough. Your files and your domain come back to you, and nothing is held back.

Where to start

Send the address of your site. What comes back is the full list of what we found on it, in writing, and what it would take to put right. Nothing is owed for that.
