My name is Jachym Jahoda. Westmark is just me, no crew and no office to pay for. I work from the Czech Republic on US hours, and I build every site myself, one at a time.

Straight up: Westmark is a new shop. You would be one of my first US clients. That is exactly why the price is this low, and why I can't afford to do a bad job on it.

The price, in writing

$499 flat, one time. Founding price while I build my first US client list.

$150 deposit to start. The $349 balance is due only once you have seen the finished site at a private preview link and said go. After launch it's $49 a month for hosting, upkeep, and small edits. No contract, cancel anytime, and if you cancel you get your files and your domain handed back fast.

The guarantee, in writing

If the finished site is not ready in 30 working days, the $150 comes back in full. Days I spend waiting on your photos, text, or domain access pause that clock, and I will always tell you what I am waiting on.

What happens after you pay the deposit

  1. You send photos and answer one short email. Your part is about twenty minutes total.
  2. I build the site at a private preview link you can watch. I aim to have a first preview in front of you inside three working days.
  3. You tell me what to change. Changes are turned around the same day, my time.
  4. You approve it, pay the $349 balance, and the site goes live on your domain within two business days.
  5. Your old site stays live and untouched until that exact moment, so trying this carries no risk to what you have now.

The domain stays registered in your name the whole time. I never take it over.

What the site is

A site for your trade that works right on a phone first: home, services, about, and a contact page with a real quote form and a real tap-to-call number. Built from what you already have: your current site, your photos, your hours, and one short reply from you. Nothing to log into or figure out on your end. Colors and layout come from your own branding, not a template, and no stock photos repeat across clients.

How payment works

The payment link is hosted on Stripe's own site, not mine, with my real name on it. You can check the address bar before typing a card number. You get a receipt for every payment.
